As an engineering company, WelChem GmbH provides you with software, consulting and training "around the column".
Our hydraulic column software TrayHeart is the most comprehensive commercial software in this field. Using a variety of calculation for all types of trays, random and structured packings, supports, droplet separators, chimney trays and liquid distributors, you can analyze existing or design new towers.
In addition, we can train you on column design, internals selection, tower inspection and support you in debottling and trouble shooting.
TrayHeart version 4.5 now available!
The new version 4.5 of TrayHeart is available for download in the UserArea.
In addition to many detail improvements, the following new features are particularly noteworthy:
- New possibility to process several stream profiles in one file. This allows different scenarios (cases) to be calculated for a column.
- Spray nozzle distributor
- Feeding via flush nozzle, T-pipe, H-pipe
- Shortcut for chimney tray design
- Tool for preparation of hydro tests of columns (evaluation of limiting filling and draining flow rates)
Webinars for TrayHeart - Users
In 2022 we started offering monthly webinars for all TrayHeart users. In each webinar, a focus (e.g. a tray type) is covered from a technical and software point of view. The webinars are scheduled for 1 hour. To receive a notification and invitation by email, please send an email to webinar@welchem.com.
